From southern Brazil, I've spent 18+ years building things with technology — co-founded a startup during a 9-year stay in Rio de Janeiro, and now live near Curitiba with my wife and two kids — peaceful on the streets, full of energy for building things. I'm an engineering leader and entrepreneur based in Colombo, Brazil. My career started in software development and evolved into building and leading engineering organizations — a path I've pursued with the same drive since day one.
I co-founded Nuuvem, one of Latin America's largest digital game distribution platforms, and led it as CTO for over 7 years — scaling the business from zero to millions of users across the region. At VTEX, I joined as a Lead Engineer and grew into an Engineering Manager, helping scale one of the world's leading commerce platforms. At isaac, a fintech within the Arco Educação group, I progressed from Engineering Manager to Senior Engineering Manager, building teams to make private school education more accessible in Brazil. Today, at Arco Educação, I lead engineering across the group's edtech portfolio.
